The evolution of telephone costs and the possibilities of relocations have led us to decentralize our centers near the universities including a  psychosociology master
 
Our "call operators" are thus very qualified and available at the most relevant hours. All our callers speak French perfectly  wherever they are located.
The answers are directly entered in our terminals and the information is centralized in our server in real time and therefore very quickly exploitable. The quality control is "live" at the appeals and it is crossed permanently with consistency checks carried out in real-time on the basis of data.
 
Questionnaires range from the most "official" to the most "confidential". This method has the effect to limit the interuption in the course of interview.
